We stand behind kēpos and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to make it right.


Money-back guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee on your first order. If you're not happy with your results, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date with the reason behind your request and we'll issue a full refund—no return required.

Important: The money-back guarantee applies to one (1) jar per customer, per lifetime. For orders that include multiple jars, the guarantee covers the first jar only. Subsequent orders, including subscription renewals, are not eligible for the money-back guarantee but may be eligible for a return under our standard return policy below.


Standard returns

For orders outside the money-back guarantee, all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging intact.


How to return

1.        Email us at team@trykepos.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return, along with any relevant photos if applicable.

2.        Once you receive your RMA number, securely package your item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3.        Ship your return to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer. kēpos is not responsible for return shipping fees for orders within our money-back guarantee. We'll notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 


Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at team@trykepos.com with a description and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return necessary.
