This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be read alongside our main Terms.

Please review this policy carefully when placing an order. It applies to all purchases made through trykepos.com.


Shipping options

We offer several shipping methods at checkout:

Free standard shipping is included on all subscription orders.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are provided in good faith. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 12 PM ET.


Subscription orders

Subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped on a recurring monthly basis. Your shipment date is based on your original order date and will recur on approximately the same day each month. You can view and manage your subscription schedule from your account settings.


International orders

International shipping is available through our fulfillment partner, Passport Global Inc., which manages cross-border logistics, customs clearance, duties, and import compliance for orders shipped outside the United States. By placing an international order, you authorize Passport Global to act as importer of record on your behalf. kēpos is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for duties and taxes assessed by your local government.


Shipping restrictions

•          We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes

•          Orders only ship on business days (Monday–Friday)


Delivery delays

If your order is delayed for any reason, we'll notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date. If you have concerns about a shipment, reach out to us at team@trykepos.com.
